Out of that list I would go aero -- all great cars though. The IS300 is a nice car, but cramped relative to the 9-5. BMWs are great cars so I can't knock them, but you will get more bang for your buck out of the aero.
I had an 02 aero and loved it. The 00 and 01 aero are nice as well and some cheap suspension upgrades to the 02 suspension would be a worthwhile investment. If you can find one with the BBS 2-piece wheels that is a nice option IMO.
Below is a link I use when looking at used cars. Works for me and I have bought and sold too many cars. Hope that helps.
