Volvo S60 Review

Well my Saab 9-3 convertible is in the shop, again. Soft top failure, again. And that parts are taking forever to arrive, again.
SO I am in a loaner, again.
I have been one week with the base Volvo S60, which is a 168 hp engine. My perception about Volvo has changed dramatically. What an incredible car.
Honestly, the S60 is a tremendous value. Considering they start just over $26k, you really get lots for your money. The engine is peppy and certainly feels much more spirited than the Linear's base engine. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The seats are incrediblu supportive. The stereo is good, but the great. And the handling is fantastic, although when pushed to the limit it does have the habit of floating a bit at high speeds. I can only imagine how great the S60-R has to be.
Pros:
- Outstanding value
- Superior craftsmanship
- Attention to detail throughout cabin
- Excellent ergonomics
Cons:
- Engine runs out of steam at high speeds
- Turning radius
