OT - Subie Help (or a good indy) in SLC? Posted by Camm [Email] (#191) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Camm) on Mon, 15 Mar 2004 16:12:33 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
As if my week couldnt be more fun... Spring skiing at Snowbird and Brighton and now I get to help fix a subaru! (99 Legacy L 2.2) Basically, the car started running on 3 cylinders yesterday. Pulled OBD codes, got a cylinder #4 misfire. I changed wires and plugs - plug 4 was wet w/ gas, brown insulator and carboned up, the others were fine. New plugs and wires didnt help at all. I called the dealer and was told that it is almost certainly not a hg, but a burnt valve!(?) Anyone ever run into this issue before? Anyone have a good indy shop in SLC? Much appreicated.
CW
PS, if you're into massive nosebleed airs the terrain park at Brighton is second to none...
