But here are a few suggestions: Pike Peak, you can drive the same road as the annual 4th of July hillclimb or ride a cog railway. The road may be closed to the top because of snowfall, however this has been a lean year for snow. Garden of the Gods, you can drive the road or get out and hike. Seven Falls and Cave of the Winds, two tourist attractions west of town. Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, if you've seen one you seen 'im all IMHO. U.S.Air Force Academy north of town-might have a chance to get a date with future F16 Pilot(either gender), oh wait, they recently cracked down on cadet ECAs. Tour of the US Olympic Training Center, could get some tips on riding the peleton in the back. Short road trip to the former mining towns of Cripple Creek and Victor which are now gambling attractions. U.S. Rodeo Hall of Fame just north of town. You could take a sailplane flight from Black Forest Soaring Center or the glider school at Falcon AFB for a spectacular view of Pikes Peak and the city.
