Do I have a case against this body shop?

I had some work done on my 95 900S at a body shop regarding a constant shake and alignment that went out of whack every day. The body shop guy (not the owner, but the suspension guy) replaced an outer tie rod and sent me on my way. Well, the alignment went out again the next day. I brought it back, and not only did re say nothing was wrong, but wanted to charge me full price to realign it! So I took it to the dealer, they found that both inner tie rods and both outer tie rods were badly bent. Apparently, the bent inners had already destroyed the new outer.

I ordered the parts, and they're gonna fix it (the dealer), but do I have any case for demanding my money back from the original body shop? Their guy obviously didn't do a complete job, ant it destroyed a brand new part. I'm not talking about going to court or anything, but would I look crazy if I walked back in and talked to the owner about it?

Original Message outlining problem in more detail (Update: My suspension was actually field retrofitted, I have the new suspension even though my VIN disagrees):

Getting really fed up with my 95 900S (yes, it has the old suspension). A couple months ago, I came off the freeway, rolled up to a stop sign, drove 100 yards to the next stop sign, and turned left. The were not even any small bumps in the area. After making this turn, my steering wheel went 15 degrees off to the right. The next day, it was still off and shaking like mad on the freeway. Took it to a body shop, they looked through it, checked subframe, bushings, etc. and found nothing but a tie rod with some play. They replaced that to the tune of $200 and straigntened out the alignment. The car drove like a dream for all of 24 hours. The next day, the wheel was off 15 degrees to the left, but no shake. Took it back to the shop, the jerk there told me nothing was wrong and I must have hit a curb or something. Told me he'd realign for another $50 (HIS WORK GOES BAD THE NEXT DAY, AND HE WANTS ME TO PAY FULL PRICE!!!). I took it to the dealer, they realigned it, drove great for about four hours, then 15 degrees off to the left again. Next day, 30 degrees, next day (today) 45 degrees. Still no shake. What the freakin' heck is up with that? Apparently the toe is way off. Last time I brought it in to the dealer, it had 5 inches (you heard right) of toe-in!!! This leads me to believe that the steering rack may not be involved, because (correct me if I'm wrong) if there is something slipping inside the rack, toe would still stay the same. Can anybody help? Subframe, and all susp bushings have been checked both by the dealer (good guy) and the body shop guy (hack). Tires were new at the beginning of the fiasco, but are now trash. I am at the end of my rope. I had a window wire shorting out yesterday and could smell the wire burning. I pulled the fuse, then fixed the wire. Wish I would have just let it burn!!

I have attached a copy of my original message regarding this problem with my car to the bottom of this post.
