Doubt that came from SAAB USA. I know we have a cheesy non-SAAB dealer in town that always sends out really bad marketing stuff. Tries to make it look like some sort of official government or legal document but the contents is pure crap. Could this be a dealer based promotion? Demand for several 1993 9000s? I'm not buying that one. Tell you DMV to stop selling your name and vehicle information. They should let you opt out.

However, there are some decent incentives on SAABs. Might not be such a bad time to visit a respectable dealer.

Oh wait I just saw the just saw the "little or no out of pocket expense" part. That is too good. Undoutedly they mean little out of pocket up front but they make it sound almost like it is an exchange. I wouldn't want to deal with whoever sent it. Better burn that letter--who knows where it has been.
