Check with several Saab dealers and independant shops if they might have one laying on the shelf.
It was only used for 2 years here in US, 89-90 9000 2.0L.
The shop I worked at before may have one in stock? Give them a call 310-326-9895, but make sure that the part number I listed is the one you want.
I have read on the 9000 board of someone that retrofitted the serpentine belt tensioner back to the older style tensioner with an mechanical adjuster.
Maybe you can find all those pieces on a junk car?
The old style tensioner was bullet proof (except the pulley) so I guess they had to redesign it.
