2000 9-3 lease - 3 years/36k, only problem was as recall ot put an airbag or some other safety sticker on the sun visor. And the time I took it through a car wash with the antenna up. No problems.

I had a 1994 Dodge Shadow I bought new in college. Having an engineering co-op wage was kinda nice... Anyway, I put 75-80k on that car in 3 years and only did oil changes. No tires, nothing else. It needed the horn wiring (at the horn, not the wheel) jiggled once under warranty, but that's it.

I've had much better luck with new cars than my old C900's. But that C900's are just too damn fun to drive, and they're easy to work on. And car payments are really no fun. Life would be great if I could get a cosmic blue aero wagon with manual shift and BBS rims and I could pay cash, but I'm not there yet... Maybe in 20 years.
