The 3 drains I can think of immediately are like this...
Rainwater drain for cowling area is a big 'elephant-trunk' kinda hose, right in the center. The end rests directly on the center of the steering rack.
Condensate drain from AC evaporator is similar, smaller, down lower. You pretty much have to lay underneath the car to see it. I can't really see mine from above.
Sunroof drains. There's a hose from each corner, the rear ones go into the trunk floor way outboard. They'll make the trunk wet, not the inside. The front ones must come down thru the A-pillars, but I'm not sure exactly where they go.
Besides those, you'll have a zillion holes in the firewall for the wiring harnesses, AC refrigerant hoses, heater hoses, etc... Each one must have some kinda grommet or seal.
Then there's the windshield seal. You can get a better look at that if you take off that plastic shroud under the windshield wipers. Just like when you change your cabin air filter...
