It sounds like you know how to remove the fuel injectors, jump the fuel pump relay and "lift" the air plate.
When doing that, all FOUR injectors should spray the same amount of gasolin at the same time.
If any of the 4 injectors are showing less or non spray than the others you have either a clogged injector or a clogged fuel distributor.
Flushing injectors are a lot easier than dismantle and clean the distributor.
I suggest you start with taking the injectors to a shop where they have the hand pump injector cleaner and get them flushed out.
If that is not enough you need to either find a new fuel distributor (recommended) or take the old one apart and clean out (not recommended if not familiar with it).
But if a clogged distributor is your problem you also need to take the fuel pump assembly out and clean the tank, pipes and replace the fuel filter.
Water in the gas tank could be your problem and it have rusted all steel parts in the fuel system, sending a reddish silt in everywhere.
