I went to see yet another well reviewed movie, "Sky Captain and the World
of Tomorrow". After it was over, I could only point to one or two
interesting moments and a lot of visual effects. But basically, I sat in
the movie theater for two hours killing time.

Movies these days are churned out like so much processed food. Where is
the flavor? I don't care about the attractive packaging. Give us
stories!

We need movies like, "Garden State" and "Lost in Translation". I want
movies I can watch more than once without feeling a retching sensation.

How much do these idiots spend on producing these movies? Whatever they
spend, 99.9% is completely wasted on so much packaging around processed
crap.
