I wouldn't invest in anything that their government can print lots more of so easily. And if the currency strengthens as much as they hope, and Iraqis are some day driving around in shiny new Mitsubishis drinking Pepsi (quoting the pitch on that site) you can bet the government will have done the Peso trick at least once by then -- knocked 3 or 6 zeros off so the 1,000,000 Dinars you bought for US$1,000 would buy you about one of those Pepsis.... They would have to re-issue the bank notes. Otherwise, everyone in Iraq who is stuffing their matresses with these Dinars today would be a millionaire. With paper money, it just ain't gonna happen.
Now smuggle in a load of shiny pocket-sized one-ounce Credit Suisse gold bars, and we're talking high risk, high reward!
