I've been fortunate enough to work in some places that really knew highline standards and had some class. I was with the Mecca of Porsche dealers, Alan Johnson Porsche-Audi in the late 70's for a few years Porsche folks can be the most finnicky, BMW of San Diego in the mid 80's, say what you will about Saturn automobiles, but Saturn's customer treatment standards are still the best in the industry, and Marvin K. Brown is a class outfit for Hummer, GMC, Buick and Cadillac folks, but are somewhat Saab challenged.
Highline standards aren't bred into everyone who sells Saabs, often the Saab manager is the one who get's the short end of the stick, especially in multi line franchises. Some folks who don't have a clue as to what a highline standard should be or looks like can be awfully nice people who are eager to please.
