You'll get more answers over on the 9000 board, but-

Basically, you jack up and support the right front, remove the tire, and remove the fender inner liner. (two pieces). Next, remove the serpentine belt. See http://www.quasimotors.com/belt_install.htm for that. However, I don't use the tool Quasi uses. I use a big breaker bar to compress the tensioner, and with a free hand, slip the belt off the idler pulley that doesn't have a lip. The trick with the breaker bar is to push SLOWLY and keep at it. The spring isn't very strong, but there is a big damper; if you push hard and fast, it won't move. Instead, push hard and SLOWLY.

With the belt off, remove the nut on the pulley. My post uses the Townsend imports method, where you use the starter motor. You can just jam a screwdriver in the timing window on the tranny and jam the flywheel. Then a big breaker bar on the nut on the pulley. With the nut out, the pulley just comes off easily. When replacing the pulley, make sure that you move the shutter wheel over - on the back of the old pulley, there will be a piece of bent metal with cut-outs, held on with three screws. Make sure you transfer it over to your new pulley!

Install and torque the nut. Put the belt back on, and you're ready to go.

Well, almost. If you've got the belt off, think about replacing the tensioner pulley and idler pulley. I like replacing them every 60K miles or so. The tensioner pulley is Left Hand Thread. And unless the serpentine belt is pretty new, why put an old one back on?

How's the main seal? It's right behind the main pulley. Unless it's fresh, I would consider replacing it, as that's $6 and 5 minutes more work.

Don't forget to inspect the alternator pulley for play (bad alternator bearings) and the water pump bearings for play, and leaking from the pump. Now's the time to replace it. And check out the lower engine mounts while you're in there. And if the alternator has been acting up, now's the time to replace that old voltage regulator.

Replacing a main pulley is pretty easy. I find it takes about 90 minutes. It just takes me about 6 hours, because I replace everything else while I'm in there.
