A washer fluid check valve is $12.95 at the dealer--$2.95 at eEuroparts.
$42 for the bent piece of steel that holds the cat to engine on my 9000. Worth about $5. It's $35 on line (not a big margin, I guess!).
As for your seat gear, it is part of an assembly made by a supplier, but all cars are made this way, Saab is no exception.
But this is what bone yards are for. You'll find a car with a seat in bad shape and just pull the assembly off. You can probably just get the assembly if you ask around.
