Usually by swapping your tires around, you can blame (or rule out) the rim/tire when the noise moves (or doesn't). If it doesn't move, then you may have to remove the brake caliper & spin the hub to check the wheel bearing.
Get some big washers & tighten down the wheel lug bolts before you blame the rotors & calipers. Sometimes they flex out-of-plane when the wheel is off, but flatten out when you tighten it.
Also, shift to a different gear or coast in neutral to convince yourself that it's REALLY related to road speed. (vs. engine speed)
