I just moved to LA from Boston, and while the broker I used, America's Choice, was fine, the subcontracted company was a bunch of shysters!

My 9-5 came off the truck in LA, and the entire hood had been repainted, and the badge was missing. The driver said he knew nothing about it, and that I was wrong. I can tell a crappy paint job a mile away, and on my 13K mile car, I think I know what's good and bad.

That was on Dec. 31. The A Plus guy is trying to get me to accept him to come pick up the car and fix it right. Considering he scratched it, then repainted it poorly, and tried to cover it up, I have refused his offer, and I have nothing but bad things to say about them. Avoid them at all costs. I am trying to file an insurance claim through America's Choice, which they say they will do. I have yet to see an adjuster though...they've told me that they will be sending someone out.

I used Intercity Lines a few years ago, and they cost twice as much, but the car was delivered in perfect condition....
