Problem with tire shop- what would you do?

So I had new tires put on my '03 9-5 wagon a few weeks ago. Had to bring it back to the shop four times to have the tires rebalanced- shop just couldn't get it right. Brought the wagon to my dealer yesterday to determine if there could be something wrong with the suspension. They discover a bad inner rod, go to take the right front wheel off and find the wheel hub has been destroyed. They are only able to get four of the five lug nuts back into the hub. One won't go in at all. They tell me the tire shop must have overtorqued the lug nuts, and that a new wheel hub will cost $600.
Any thoughts on how I handle this with the tire shop? They were the last ones to work with the lug nuts- (last time was last Saturday). How should I approach them regarding this?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks,
Fred
