I'll go along with others... If you hit the time interval before you hit the mileage interval, don't be afraid to do the stuff. That's exactly why they publish a time interval.
Brake fluid picks up moisture from the air, & antifreeze picks up oxygen & 'uses up' it's corrosion inhibitors. That stuff pretty much goes with time regardless of miles. Change them every 2 years since it's not easy to measure that.
Unless the car's stored in a museum, the crankcase is picking up moisture from condensation during temperature changes. It picks up combustion products & wear metals. Once that starts, the clock starts ticking on oil lifespan.
Check out all the rubber stuff, belts & hoses, especially if you live somewhere hot. We inherited a '98 Accord (from FLA) with barely any miles. I've already replaced some rubber boots & stuff, it seems like that stuff aged even faster than our other cars with normal milage.
