Go neiri an bothar leat = "have a good trip" or "good luck" (literally = "May the road rise with you") where go = may , neiri = rise, an bothar= the road, leat = with you. This is a common thing that an Irish person would say to someone who was going on a trip, or about to engage in some major event. Note that a real Irish person would never ever say the english version, i.e. "May the road rise with you".
Please do NOT write it in green, and no shamrocks, leprechauns etc.
Note if you really want to do it correctly there should be an accent over the second i in neiri, and over the o in bothar.
FYI, I am a fluent Irish speaker.
