Hey Bill,
I didn't see that was you until after I responded to your post.....how are you? They guy I've used for powdercoating is way south in the Midlothian area and has always been reasonable. I started using him some years ago when powdercoating was just beginning to gain some favor. I'm sure that there are services closer at this point in time. I just now checked his prices (coatingspecialties.com) and he's up to $75 per wheel. When I sent my Fuchs wheels to California recently to be refinished, the guy charged me $25 per wheel for the clear powdercoating. The hot-rod crowd is big on powdercoating and can probably steer you in the right direction if you want to go the powdercoating route rather than paint.
