Emma Philbrook was born a little after 4am this morning. Eight pounds
and six ounces.

Gonna try to get a few hours of sleep now. I'm mostly just sleep deprived and staying a strange place (sort of like traveling), but my wife Allison did the hardest work. Plenty of adrenaline, excitement and emotion for lots of people though and that adds pleasantly to tiredness as well.

I'm just sitting here reading Saabnet during a quiet time, doing a bit of email, and uploading digital camera photos from my notebook and a dialup link at the hospital.
