Ethical question re: dealer damage to my Saab

I took my pristine, obsessively-cared-for 2002 9-3 (pictured below) to Burlingame Saab in San Mateo, CA for a routine service. I also had them fix a crimped speaker wire which was causing the stereo to emit static and buzzing sounds when going over bumps. Somehow while the car was being worked on, one of the technicians managed to put several deep, inch-long scratches in the stock glossy wood dash right next to the hazard light button. I immediately noticed upon getting back into the car, and made an appointment to have the otherwise perfect dash replaced at the dealer's expense. They replaced the dash with zero cost to me (except for the gas and hassle, whatever). I understand that accidents happen and the dealership handled it responsibly.
Now, a few weeks later, in all the places on the dash where the burled wood is "thinnest" (in area, not actual depth) i.e., directly under the "FASTEN BELTS" light but above the SID, under the interior lighting dimmer to the left of the steering wheel, and under the stereo head unit... these nasty "cracks" have formed in the enamel or whatever the wood is coated with. This may not be the cause, but it looks as if the slight flexing of the interior components during normal driving has caused the brittle enamel to crack.
Now, here is the question... the cracks are annoying and unsightly, but if they occurred on the car's original dash I probably wouldn't care. However, because I have these cracks as a result of the dealer scratching my beautiful, immaculate, original dash and then replacing it, I feel like I should have them replace it again.
What do you think? Also, do you think I could get even them to replace it again?
