There is a lot.
If you're gonna hit a Nat. Park I'd pick Glacier. Some of the most beautiful country to ever be seen and less crowded than Yellowstone. Take the high line Hwy 2 across North MT. and through Glacier-then south through the gorgeous Flathead Valley -make sure to buy some Flathead Cherries, Buffalo jerky and a Huckleberry shake. Hit I-90 at Missoula, but first drive further south to Lolo and eat dinner at Guy's steak house. Awesome.
I'd take at left at Ritzville WA. and then a Right once in Oregon. Follow the Columbia-beautiful. Although WA. has Mount Rainier and perhaps a higher speed limit. OR. is 65.
If you do I-94 to I-90 in Billings and then to Yellowstone you're in for a good ride too. The Paradise Valley that heads south from Livingston, MT. to Gardner, MT. and to Yellowstone is spectacular. One can also take the stunning Beartooth Highway from Red Lodge, MT. to Cooke city, MT. and then the park.
The Oasis restaurant in Manhattan, MT. has great steaks too.
Goodness there is alot-the head waters of the Missouri is just off I-90 at Three Forks, MT.
Google Beartooth Pass and Glacier Nat. park.-but they are just the beginning.
Good luck.
