You need to be put in touch with the Saab factory service rep and tell him your story. That's a common scenario that basically involves the dealers service writer not wanting to ask the Saab factory service rep for an exception, which they are usually all too happy to grant. You need to press a little harder, politely but firmly. You can ask to see or talk to the service advisors manager, the service manager, but really it's just a question of someone contacting the Saab factory service rep, explaining the double whammy you're caught in, and getting an exception granted. Once that process has actually been gone through, it will likely be approved, but if it's not, ask to speak to the Saab service rep directly.
