LNG Siting in public areas

has to be the stupidest idea we have come up with in along time. I don't live in Fall River, MA, but if I did, I would be irritated. They watn to build a LNG facility within 1/2 mile or so of 1300+ residences. Sure, maybe it's highly unlikely that there could be an accident. But, what about terrorism? Again, probabaly not likely, but it just doesn't make sense to put LNG where there are houses and schools so close by. I have no problem with LNG (been trying to convert from oil myself), just think they should either site it offshore or in a less populated area. The reason I am thinking of this is my (part time) web design company has just finished diong a website for the Coalition for Responsible Siting of LNG, and it's been in teh news alot recently. We didn't design the content, so I can't speak for all the facts in it, but in today's day and age it just seems ridiculous, when you could site the LNG elsewhere.
