I don't think it would boil. That requires gravity for bubbles to rise to the surface. Probably it would simply burst apart as the liquid vaporizes. At 70 F the vapor pressure is only about 0.36 psi so that's not a lot of 'explosive' force. Not only that but vaporization takes energy which comes from dropping the temperature of the surrounding liquid. Maybe you'd end up with a mist of small ice chips flying apart from each other. Sorta like a comet...
