Perhaps we should increase our gas taxes and increase other taxes so we can pay for one to two months of vacation per year, an unrealistic retirement age with unrealistic benefits, unrealistic health benefits, etc. so we can be as uncompetitive as some socialist European countries with high unemployment rates. Countries where it is darn near impossible to get a job if you don't have one. This because companies have an inordinate burden for each employee.
That's why German workers and French workers are losing their jobs to Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic (yeah!), and Ukraine among others.
