the windows are the originals, 1977 thus they are falling apart
Price is a BIG concern, I do not have much to spend so I plan on doing the house in 3 stages. Upstairs (5 windows 4ft x 4ft) then do half downstairs (5 48 in by 60 tall) then finally the back.
I do plan on staying here & looks doesn't really bother me much, rather them be effecient!
I would like casements
The company Sun stated their stuff is far superior to Anderson & Pella & they show those competitors windows in their showroom.
