...If he did, he should have walked around your car first and he would have seen the blown tire that made you swerve. You can't control road hazards man. Just get that 20 dollar receipt TODAY from the junkyard for a new tire and mail it in with the summons and the respectful explanation. As he said nothing, you said nothing, so he has no way to argue your statements. It was a front tire, so he couldn't pick it up on his cameras. Either that or it was your tie rod end, or some other crucial steering component. I hope you get it fixed soon. ;-) Get receipts TODAY.
He only has to tell you why he pulled you over if you ask.
