Oh how I hate this company. The WORST service of any company in any industry I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. If only more merchants would give you a choice who to ship by. The latest debacle:
Ordered a part at 10am this morning, to be shipped express. UPS of course guaranteed it by Friday. What dictionary does UPS use, and what is the definition in that book on the word guarantee? I get a call at the end of the day, the UPS driver could not get it on the plane on time. Keep in mind this was called in around mid day, so he had plenty of time, if he chose to do it. He just chose not to, and UPS just doesn't give a damn. Their guarantee is worth ZERO. Now they say TUESDAY. So Express to them means three business days, 5 calendar days. Argh, I hate them.
They also overbill me for duty at least 50% of the time, and it takes dozens of phone calls, faxes, and several weeks or months to get it back. Sometimes I never do. They routinely lie to me on the phone, and conveniently you can never get the same person on the phone. Even if you ask for them by name, you can't talk to them, nor can anyone else reach them. Did I mention how much I hate UPS?
