... to bolster your immune system. We have wimpy immune systems here in the U.S. because everything is so sterile. Go to Mexico, or India, or somewhere in Africa and you might get slightly sick, but it will boost your immunity. I went to India in 1998 and haven't gotten the flu since. I think working out occasionallly (cardio) helps too.

However, since my father has leukemia (it's AML and he's doing well after chemo, better than the doctors expected), I might take a flu shot just to be cautious for when I visit. Nurses at the Cleveland Clinic are required to get flu shots, so I figure they know what they're talking about.
