I ran across this a while ago and found it interesting. They suggest 220 for front/rear with normal load on the 9-3 and 9-5. I did a metric conversion which came to 32psi fr/rr for the winter tires. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. The other models are covered there as well.

I went looking for this because I was experimenting with tire pressures last year in the horrible weather. I found that a higher pressure worked better in deep snow (36psi) and that a lower pressure worked better on ice and hard-packed snow (28psi). Even though I am en engineer, I was not very scientific about this. It was mostly seat of my pants testing on my local roads. The only scientific part was that I would try both for each condition.
This year I will keep them at 32psi. One more thing; You car should be out in the cold for a while before checking the cold pressure. If your garage is warm, then your pressure will be off. I'll leave mine out for at least 30 minutes to check.
