...You tried to drive away whilest she was writing a summons???!!??? Her behavior was suspect, but yours was insane. She is a public employee. She can get away with anything. What's worse is that any judge worth his salt will have to believe a half baked meter maid over John-Q-Public unless he wants all public employees to label him as a rat.
For God's sake man, now she can say you tried to drive over her and she felt threatenned and intimidated.
I would file a claim against her, state that you felt threatenned by her tone and her language, and that despite your conduct you feel she still had no excuse to behave that way. Remind the court that there are laws against public cursing and public defamation. By raising her tone she did you irreperable harm by embarrassing you in public in front of people you know. I hope you had witnesses.
In the future, NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER drive away from a public official who is issuing you a summons. Treat them all like they have a gun in their holster and have the right to use it. Treat them all with the respect you would pay a judge and the respect you would treat an armed police officer with.
You are lucky you weren't arrested.
