use the word "listing." The bankruptcy could have ended up with title in the original owners's hands, a bank's, or possibly even in the trustee in bankruptcy. That there was a bankruptcy does not mean there was a foreclosure. If this is just an ordinary sale now rather than a foreclosure issue, all you can get is older debt information and former valuation which may or may not reflect the current market price for condition, etc. You can look at all of the bankruptcy schedules on the court's PACER system as noted below, and any foreclosure at the local court clerk's.
