I posted this on Yahoo VSAAB but didn't get any replies. Maybe someone here has an answer:
I was reading my recently purchased copy of "Mr Saab" and was surprised to read on page 57 that Erik asked Imgemar Johansson (driving a Porsche at the 1959 Tulip Rally) to take his time coming to the starting line so that Erik would have time to change his fouled plugs. Ingemar obliged his fellow Swede, and Erik won that race, beating all of the MGAs, Alfa Romeos and Porsches in the 1.5 Litre class!

But my question is this: Is this the same Ingemar Johansson that defeated Floyd Patterson for the 1959 World Heavyweight Crown? I've Googled but can't find much about an Ingemar Johansson (or Ingemar Johansen) as a driver, let alone a connection between the driver and the boxer. I found this (http://pro-steilstrecke.de/nordschleife19551964.htm) where Ingemar Johansson drove a Saab Sport in 1963, but not much else.
