What do they need and how do you meet that need... In reading your post, I would interpret three of the four things you list as negative. The fact that you have not had a formal leadership position, will be finishing your MBA, and have only been at your current job aren't strong points to discuss at worst and meaningless at best. Hopefully your research has led you to the needs at the company at which you are interviewing. You need to spend the 15 minutes selling yourself.
The Sr. VP has a problem, which is is that he needs a marketing director. I would interpret 15 minutes as a weed out interview. If you haven't convinced this person in 15 minutes that you are the answer to his or her problem, then you will never hear from them again. And the issues you discussed will be irrelevant.
Map out the time to focus on the positives. If you get past the 15 minute interview, then there will be time to talk about details (which the first three things you list really are, nothing more).
I hope this helps and best of luck!
