Didn't used to find much use for these foglights but in poor weather/visability I do like how they illuminate to either side. Helps me keep track particularly when the road is fairly obscured.
Not much use cutting thru obscurities down road tho.
But - I don't like switching 'em off & on - so if I can use hi-beams, I leave the foglights off, which is almost all the time.
