i am 16 and i have a 90 S-PG (900 S being converted to HPT with SPG kit) and a 93 AERO. I have been around saabs my whole life and i have bought both cars on my own. i feel that my c900 is kinda nicer and if i ever totaled it due to lack of experiance then id be very upset. it is going to be registered as a 900 S whenever i decide to start driving it.
on the other hand i have a 93 AERO that is mint inside but the outside needs work and im planning on a new motor (and 5speed conversion) due to the car having 328k.... i would feel more comfortable driving the aero as it is not in as good of condition so if anything where to happen to it i would be losing so much. i would prefer to register and insure that but i think it would be much more expensive because its a "Performance model".i dont think i can afford it. i think the cheapest way would be to insure it in my fathers name... and i am not going to be conserned with teh reliability of the car as i plan to rebuild most everything.
what would be my best option
TIA
JP
