I have heard that the "facilites" now common in Japan make the typical US toilet look almost as primitive as the old Outhouse!
On a related note, an individual with way too much interest in household plumbing devices has recently pruchased the Thomas Crapper Co. owners of historic homes, as well as others, can now buy a brand new authentic Crapper crapper. The Crapper Co makes all the plumbing fixtures, tubs, vanities, fixtures, etc.
