They have photos of different Saab wheels (as well as pretty much every other make), and prices. If this is a common occurrence for you, you may want to buy an extra reconditioned wheel from them as a spare. Turn-around for repair is usually a month, and they do an excellent job, both in terms of restoring the round shape of the wheel, as well as cosmetically. Not cheap, but cheaper than brand new.
I would second the recommendation to go to a larger tire. If you are using 50-series tires, meaning that the height of the side profile of the tire is 50% of its width, going to a 55-series will give you a little more cushion. A 60-series tire will be too large if you stay with 16-inch rims, so to go to 60-series, as mentioned before, you'd have to replace all your wheels with 15-inch. I'd go with 55-series tires.
