In case everyone does not know this, Warranty Direct was formed when it's predecessor, also called Warranty Direct but incorporated under another legal name, went belly up overnight and declared bankruptcy. I and many people lost ALL of their investment. I lost $1,800.00 and thanks to the bankruptcy laws I was not legally able to take any action against them.
They were forced legally to publicly admit what had happened, but they had it buried on their web site on a page that, if you didn't know existed you had no way to get to. It was a deplorable act of corporate greed and was the height of arrogrance and unethical behavior that they proceeded to conduct business and write policies to people insured under the other, successor company.
I have heard, as 2saabs says, that the current Warranty Direct provides good service, but buy from them only knowing that you are getting that service upon the blood shed by others like me.
