...useless. The only thing I've ever used it for was to look at the owner's manual while away from the car. Other than that, it has yet to really serve a purpose. The service tracking would be helpful - except you have to enter the stuff yourself. Shouldn't it pull from the database from the dealer? Also, I should be able to look at when the warranty runs out by checking the in service date but that's not available.
Not to get too far off track but I think Saab has dropped the ball on this. It could be a very useful service. This would have been a great place to access things like Tech II changes that an owner can adjust themselves and have them downloaded (via USB, Bluetooth (what's that?!?), or even OnStar) to the car directly. This could be a no-cost service while under warranty or tie it with the OnStar subscription. Now that would be useful.
