handle. There are two holes the ball valve sits on, one hole for cold and the other for hot water. Each hole has a spring with a gasket/disk that each form a seal with the ball valve. There is a cap that screws down on the ball valve and supposedly seal the body.
The rebuild kit (not kid (my typo in my prior post), wish they sold a repair kid that would do the repair 8-) should have everything you need, including the ball valve (now made of plastic instead of metal) assorted springs and rubber gaskets/disks, the top cap (that holds the ball) and a couple of O-rings for the swivel faucet as well. If it's the swivel faucet itself that needs replacement, you can buy that by itself.
The usual leak is actually from the swivel faucet seals and the top cap if it is not screwed down tight enough. It's one of those things that if you screw down too tight, you would damage the plastic thread if not tight enough, the thing leaks.
I'm surprised that you were able to remove the handle. The hex screw that holds the handle is usually rusted or frozen in there after a while. I had to drill the screw out out of the handle to get to everything.
In anycase, I think you maybe better off getting a better faucet at this point.
