What you are attempting to do is ILLEGAL. I'm assuming the software is propietal item such as CAD/ Autodesk etc. The fact that it is not intended for resale gives the Software manufacturer ALL RIGHTS in its distribution. A competetior of the item on EBAY will continually report your item and have it pulled as the other sellers on EBAY, more than likely, have paid/are paying a FEE to the SOFTWARE MFG to be a LICENSED seller.

I have sold over 6000+ items in the last 7 years. I had a similiar issue with a copy of AUTODESK that I had with a valid key and documetation but was informed BOTH by AUTODESK and by OTHER SELLERS on EBAY of the above info.

Sorry to dissappoint you and I may be wrong (cuz I do not know your specific software) but those are the facts.
