I've used the line in software that came with the audio card. taken line out from the amp, run it into the line in on the PC and started capture. It does not break into track with is kind of a bummer, but it does make good mp3's. I fell into that usage after doing the same thing but using a cassesette boom box to convert some cassettes into MP3 on the way to using the PC to then create CD's. again no automatic track division but you could have done it manually but didn't matter to me. I have collection of training cassettes and although I could play them in the car straight up, I also have the Saab single CD player AND the 6 CD changer in the trunk. I found about 30 of the magazines on bebay for about $4 each one time and bought them all...
