Last month I order a set of Valeo wipers for my 99 9-3 cv from tire rack. The previous month I ordered a set for my wife's Saab and were impressed by them. Last week on of the clips flew off one of the blades while I was on the highway. The wiper still worked but I was worried that it may come off without the clip. I called Tire Rack on Monday (Snow day in Massachusetts)and explained the situation. The person who answered my call said that she would contact the parts department to see if there was something that they could do. That evening I received an e-mail letting me know that they did not have the clip but instead they were shipping me out a complete new assembly which arrived today. I have done business with them in the past and never had a problem. Needless to say, I am very pleased on how they resolved this issue. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
