I had a problem with a credit card company not processing my payment in a timely manner and charging me late fees and interest. I wrote the CEO of the bank and copied my congressman and state attorney general after my telephone calls were ignored by the bank. I had a full refund and apology within a week.

With my wife's Saab there was some question as to if it was a CPO. A local dealer (different from the dealer we purchased the car from) was able to check using the VIN and provided me a print out of the warranty information. If you have something from the dealer on the bill of sale saying the car is a CPO and Saab says no that is fraud and I suspect that your state's attorney general would be very interested in that. Some states are better than others with consumer rights.
