I know some people always ask for experience with site sponsors, so I wanted to share my experience with Roberti Saab in Kingston, NY. I was out of the Saab market for a few years after selling my 2000 9-3 and was looking for a new wagon and started looking at Saabs. I decided to give Roberti a call to see if they had a 06 9-5 wagon. They didn't at first, but kept sending me periodic emails to check in to see if I had bought anything yet. After a month or so, they had a 9-5 lease turn in vehicle. They sent me the IRIS report for the vehicle and then later sent me pictures of the vehicle. We worked out the price via email very quickly, they did the CPO, and then shipped the vehicle to me in New Hampshire. This is the first time I had bought a vehicle sight unseen. I'm very pleased with it, it is exactly as they described and has no issues. If anyone is considering working with Roberti, I would highly recommend them.
