GM is not saying what products will be delayed, but the gestation period for any new automotive product is so long that I doubt anything promised for market within the next 12 months will be impacted. This is only a guess based upon the time for developing and delivering all tooling by the supply firms. These commitments would already be "on the books" (and maybe in the Assembly Plants) so there would be no savings by delaying the new product.
If you have already paid for the machines and tooling, it is best to start production ASAP to recoup your capital outlays.
My guess is that the 9-4X and new 9-5 are safe (the 9-4X is tied to a new Caddy & the 9-5 is tied to the Insignia which was already released), the new 9-3 may be slightly delayed, and the 9-1 may be significantly delayed. But again, guesses only. All are low volume products by GM standards which could be a significant detriment.
